Mechanism of Tractor Self Loading Concrete Mixer:

Tractor SLM is very effective machine generally used for mixing of concrete at construction sites. This mixer machine is deried from conventional self driven & loading mixer machines. Due to the higher prices of conentional SLMs, it is not easy for every contractor to own a SLM. Also, overall operational & production cost per cubic meter of concrete is very very high with SLMs. So, we at Navya Engineers & Equipments have derived a simple mechanism for producing concrete at very cheaper cost with the help of a tractor.

Tractor SLM is obtaining all its power from tractor, rotating the drum mixer is through PTO shaft, hydrualics power for lifting of hopper is from Hydraulic system of tractor while power for control panel & hydarulic transducers is taken from the battery of Tractor. This whole mechasim is so simple & convinient.

Available Capacity of Tractor Self Loading Concrete Mixers:

Generally this machine is used for mid range construction projects, so we choose to manufacture this machine as per the availablity of Tractors in market. In India, the popular range of Tractor may vary from 40 BHP to 60 BHP. Considering this in mind, we developed on 2 capacity for Indian Contactors. Our smaller capacity is of 1.5cuM compatible with any tractor having a power of 45BHP & our bigger capacity os of 2.5cuM compatible for any tractor having 55 BHP.

45 BHP & 55BHP tractors are found in mass in Indian sub-continental area.
